Michael Carlowicz is the Director of Alumni Engagement for the Wheelock Society. He graduated from Dartmouth College in 2022 with a degree in biology focusing on ecology. As an undergraduate, Michael served as publisher and senior editor for the Dartmouth Apologia and as unofficial encourager for the Wheelock Society. After leaving the Upper Valley, Michael worked as a field biologist for several different institutions while volunteering as the data manager for the Major Gifts team of the Wheelock Society. He is currently studying marine science at Stony Brook University and expects to earn his MS in 2025. His favorite things include The Lord of the Rings, Led Zeppelin, Dungeons & Dragons, Josemaría Escrivá, American oystercatchers, Shanky’s Whip, and Giovanni da Palestrina.
